This project was originally designed by an architectural practice appointed by the house owner. They achieved Town Planning Consent and were then discharged by the client.

This quite often happens when clients appoint architects who have good ideas (sometimes better than ours!) but they don’t have the technical knowledge or resources to provide the construction drawings.
